The pic is from the poster and soundtrack to Goblin's incidental music to "Zombi" (George Romero's "Dawn Of The Dead"). I far prefer this image to the one they used on the UK film poster. Glad you asked.

The Wolgang piece is allegedly the most structured track on this album, but I haven't ever heard it in its entirety. He was something of an electronic pioneer, I gather.

The image kinda reminded me vaguely of Davina McColl's withdrawl (perhaps) inspired performance in the opening episode of "Dead Set"!
